Advocate Rokonuzzaman possesses a strong academic and professional foundation in law, built through years of rigorous study and practical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) from Dhaka University, where he developed a deep understanding of legal principles, judicial reasoning, and constitutional interpretation. His academic journey was marked by a focus on civil procedure, constitutional law, and criminal jurisprudence, which laid the groundwork for his later specialization in writ petitions, civil litigation, and criminal defence. 

Advocate Rokonuzzaman is an enrolled member of the Bangladesh Bar Council and a member of the Dhaka Bar Association. His enrollment grants him the right of audience before both District and Sessions Courts and the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Over the years, he has participated in numerous proceedings involving intricate constitutional and statutory questions, showcasing his ability to balance procedural accuracy with strategic advocacy.
